Common questions from buyers

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ is 300 pieces per style for hoodies, t-shirts, polo shirts and loungewear. Vests and boxers require 500 pieces per style. Private label and OEM orders are discussed individually based on your programme.
Are you SEDEX and BSCI certified?+
Yes. We hold active SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar and BSCI/amfori certifications, along with GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, BCI Cotton, Higg Index and Inditex compliance — all nine active and audited. Documentation available on request.
Can you produce GOTS-certified organic cotton garments?+
Yes. We hold active GOTS certification enabling production of certified organic cotton garments across all categories. Specify GOTS in your inquiry and we confirm applicable categories and pricing.
How do I pay? Do you accept USD and GBP?+
All invoices are issued by AJ Apparel International LLC, our US-registered entity. We accept USD, GBP and EUR by wire transfer or ACH. No payment complexity — exactly like paying any American supplier.
What lead times should I expect?+
T-shirts and polo shirts: 30–45 days. Hoodies and sweatshirts: 35–50 days. Vests, boxers and loungewear: 35–50 days. Lead times start from order confirmation and advance payment.
Do you offer full private label manufacturing?+
Yes — woven labels, hangtags, polybags and master carton marking across all categories. Tech pack development assistance available. All nine certifications apply to private label production.
What shipping terms do you offer?+
We ship FOB, CIF and DDP. We work with your nominated freight forwarder or arrange consolidation through our logistics network. Full export documentation on every shipment.
Do you comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act?+
Yes. Our SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar and BSCI certifications directly address the labour standards and due diligence requirements underlying the UK Modern Slavery Act and EU CSDDD. Audit reports available on request.
