We provide physical pre-production samples before any bulk commitment. This is how our sampling process works — timelines, what you receive, approval steps and how we move from sample to production. MOQ 300 pcs applies to bulk only. Samples are available from your first inquiry.
Regardless of how detailed your specification or how clear your tech pack, there are elements of a garment — fabric hand feel, colour accuracy under daylight, embroidery density, construction quality — that can only be properly assessed in person. Our sampling process protects you from bulk commitments that do not match your expectations.
Our commitment
We will not push you to skip samples or rush to bulk. A correctly approved sample is in both our interests. Our repeat buyer rate is built on starting every programme correctly.
Send your product specification — category, fabric, GSM, construction, colours (Pantone references preferred), decoration and any reference garments. We respond within 48 hours with questions and initial costing.
We provide pricing for both samples and bulk within 48 hours of receiving your complete brief. Sample cost is confirmed. Payment of sample fee confirms the sample order.
Pre-production samples: 7–12 working days from payment confirmation. Samples are produced in the exact fabric, colour and construction specified. Your private label applied if provided.
Samples dispatched by courier to your address. Typically DHL or FedEx with tracking. Delivery to UK, USA and EU: 3–5 working days.
Review your samples against your specification. Provide written feedback — measurements, colour, construction, any amendments required. We respond within 48 hours with a revision plan.
Once samples are approved in writing, bulk production begins. Sample fee is credited against your first bulk order. Lead time: 30–50 days from bulk order confirmation and advance payment.

No tech pack? No problem.
If you do not have a formal tech pack, send us your design concept — images, reference garments, sketch or description. Our team will develop the specification with you during the sampling process. We work with established brands and new brands in exactly the same way.
